Dylan Konakowitz had the key to life. He knew the secret. It is because of this that he loved deeply and was loved immensely. In his honor, this foundation is not only dedicated to helping others deserving of assistance and scholarships, but also to raise awareness and  educate the public about the seriousness of Type 1 Diabetes (T1D).
